- 4 lean pork chops
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 large minced onion
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can celery or mushroom soup
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Trim fat from chops and arrange in bottom of baking dish.
- Sprinkle with half the salt and pepper.
- Mix potatoes and onions and place over pork chops. Sprinkle with rest of salt and pepper.
- Mix soup and milk together and pour over all.
- Cover and bake for one hour.
- Remove cover and bake 10 minutes more to brown potatoes.
