Pork Chops and Lima Beans
  1. Soak lima beans overnight.
  2. Salt the water and cook the beans until almost soft. Drain off water and save it.
  3. Brown chops in 3 tablespoons of oil or butter and remove from pan.
  4. In a bowl, mix catsup, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper into 1 1/2 cups of the water drained from the beans.
  5. Add the beans and mix well. Place in a casserole or baking dish and place pork chops on top.
  6. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
