Porcupine Balls
  1. Crumble bread and soak in milk. Add beaten egg and mix well.
  2. Add celery, rice, salt and uncooked ground beef. Mix well with fingers.
  3. Shape into golf-ball sized balls and place into a greased casserole dish.
  4. Pour tomato juice over balls.
  5. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
