- 1 dozen oysters, cut in half
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 green onion, snipped
- 1 tsp flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup oyster liquor
- Dash of Tabasco
- Parsley flakes
- Melt butter in saucepan; add oysters.
- Cook a minute, and add green onions, flour and enough milk to make white sauce.
- Add rest of milk and oyster liquor, seasonings.
- Simmer 10 minutes. DONE!
