• 1 box German chocolate cake mix
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 stick (1/2 cup) melted butter

1. Combine and beat by hand. Put into greased 9x13 pan. Do not bake yet.

Mix:

• 1 box confectioner's sugar
• 1 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla

1. Combine and beat with mixer till smooth.
2. Pour over cake mixture and bake 40-45 min. at 350°.
