Base:
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 5 Tbsp Cocoa
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 3/4 cups Graham Crumbs
- 3/4 cup Fine Coconut
- 1/2 cup Fine-chopped Walnuts
Filling:
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 2 Tbsp Milk
- 2 Tbsp Vanilla Custard (Custard Powder)
- 2 cups Icing Sugar
Topping:
- 4 Squares Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- Melt Butter, Sugar and Cocoa in a saucepan. Add beaten Egg and stir to thicken. Remove from heat and add Graham Crumbs, Coconut and Walnuts. Press firmly into an ungreased 9X9 baking pan.
- Cream Butter, Milk, Custard and Icing Sugar together. Beat until light and fluffy. Spread evenly over base layer.
- Melt Chocolate and Butter over low heat. Cool. When cooled, but still runny, spread over the filling.
- Chill thoroughly and cut into squares. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
