- 3 eight-inch flour tortillas
- 2 heaping Tbsp refried beans, mashed
- 1/2 cup Co-Jack cheese, grated
- 1 Tbsp diced green chilies
- 1 chopped green onion
- 1 Tbsp salsa
- Heat tortillas in ungreased skillet until brownish and crisp.
- Spread 1/2 of refried beans on one tortilla. Add half of cheese, green chilies, green onion, and salsa. Put another tortilla on. Repeat layers.
- Top with last tortilla. Microwave about 15 seconds until cheese melts.
