Low Fat Granola
  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. In mixing bowl stir together oats, brown sugar, walnuts, seeds and cinnamon.
  3. In small bowl, mix apple juice concentrate, honey and vanilla.
  4. Drizzle over cereal and stir to coat (I usually use my hands because it's easier to mix).
  5. Spread the mixture onto a large baking sheet with sides.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring once every 5-7 minutes until the granola is crisp and golden.
  7. Allow to cool slightly and add the dried fruits if using them.
  8. Store in an airtight container.
