- 1 pkg (8 oz) Low-fat or Fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1 pkg (16 oz) Fat-free whipped cream (Cool Whip)
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 deep dish pie shell, baked according to directions, OR 1 graham cracker crust pie shell
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together cream cheese, whipped cream, and sugar.
- Pour into pie crust and chill for 1 hour.
- Top with fresh strawberries, or the low-fat topping of your choice.
