Lemon Chicken Breasts and Rice Pilafe
  1. Wash the split breasts. Put them in a roaster with the skin..(I cook the skin on to keep it moist, and then feed it to the cats and dogs).
  2. Add the water and the chicken bullion base, making it dissolve.
  3. Pierce the breasts with a fork and add salt and pepper.
  4. Pour on the lemon juice.
  5. Bake for half an hour (no temperature given -- Deni), then add the rice, and cook till done.

I watch it and if the water gets all absorbed, I just add some more. (I like moist rice.)
