Kris Kringle Krunch
  1. Melt chocolate and peanut butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.
  2. Let mixture cool, but not get cold.
  3. In another bowl, mix together rice krispies and peanuts. Add melted chocolate mixture. Fold in mini marshmallows.
  4. Drop by teaspoons or tablespoons on wax paper lined cookie sheets.** Place in refrigerator to set.
  5. Store in covered container in fridge or very cool place to keep crisp.

Makes approximately 30 pieces.

** You need to work fast when dropping these onto the cookie sheets as the chocolate starts to harden quickly.
