- 12 ounces white chocolate
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 1 1/4 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 cup salted peanuts
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Melt chocolate and peanut butter in saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.
- Let mixture cool, but not get cold.
- In another bowl, mix together rice krispies and peanuts. Add melted chocolate mixture. Fold in mini marshmallows.
- Drop by teaspoons or tablespoons on wax paper lined cookie sheets.** Place in refrigerator to set.
- Store in covered container in fridge or very cool place to keep crisp.
Makes approximately 30 pieces.
** You need to work fast when dropping these onto the cookie sheets as the chocolate starts to harden quickly.
