- 2 (8 oz) Cream Cheese
- 5 Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 tsp Lime Rind
- 1 1/2 cup Chocolate Crumbs
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 2 tsp Lime Juice
- 3-4 Drops Green Food Coloring
- 4 Tbsp Flour
- 3 Tbsp Sour Cream
- Take the butter and crumbs mix together and place in the cheesecake pan that is already sprayed with oil.
- Place cream cheese in a bowl with the sugar and began to mix on low speed. Gradually add eggs one at a time.
- Add sour cream and mix for a minute, no longer.
- Turn off and add remaining ingredients, mix on low speed while scraping sides of the bowl.
- Pour into the pan.
- Bake in the oven at 350° for 45 minutes or until the center springs back when touched.
