- 2 cups dry pasta (rotini, elbow, whatever you like)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 (6 oz) pkg sliced pepperoni, cut slices in half
- 1 (8 oz) pkg grated mozzarella cheese
- Hard-boil the eggs.
- Meanwhile, boil the pasta to al dente. Remove from water immediately, run cold water over it and let sit.
- Shell eggs and chop.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. (Can also add some Italian seasoning or oregano, if desired.) Toss all together and chill several hours before serving.
