Italian Pasta Salad
  1. Hard-boil the eggs.
  2. Meanwhile, boil the pasta to al dente. Remove from water immediately, run cold water over it and let sit.
  3. Shell eggs and chop.
  4. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. (Can also add some Italian seasoning or oregano, if desired.) Toss all together and chill several hours before serving.
