- 4 individual crusts, (Italian Flat Bread)
- 1 (28 oz) tin pizza sauce or tomato sauce
- 1 red onion cut into thin strips
- 2 red peppers cut into thin strips
- 2 green peppers cut into thin strips
- 4 oz chopped fresh herbs (basil, thyme or oregano)
- 1 lb ice shrimp thawed
- 1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over crusts.
- Arrange onions and peppers in a spiral pattern over crust. Sprinkle with fresh herbs.
- Top each pizza with equal amounts of shrimp and sprinkle with mozzorella cheese.
- Bake at 400° for 12 minutes or until cheese has melted and crust has browned slightly.
Other optional ingredients such as mushrooms may be added as desired, and crusts may be brushed with olive oil for additional browning and a crisper crust.
