Ham and Spinach Quiche

Use one 9-inch pie crust for each quiche. Double or treble recipe as desired or needed

  1. Bake crust 10 minutes at 400° before filling with mixture.
  2. Prepare spinach according to package directions and DRAIN WELL. (Squeeze to remove all liquid).
  3. Sauté onion in butter; set aside.
  4. Combine eggs, cream, salt, pepper. Fold in spinach, mushrooms, onion, ham, and cheese; blend thoroughly.
  5. Pour filling into crust. Bake at 350° for 50-60 minutes.
  6. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting to serve.

The good thing about quiche is that you can add almost any combination of items.
