- 1/3 cup apricot or peach jam
- 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger or cinnamon
- 4 pork loin chops or boneless pork loin chops
- salt and pepper to taste (optional)
- Glaze: In a small mixing bowl stir together jam, mustard, and ginger or cinnamon.
- Trim fat from meat. Season meat slightly with salt and pepper as desired.
- Place chops on grill.
- Cover and grill for 35 to 40 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once and brushing frequently with the glaze the last 10 minutes of grilling.
