Grilled and Glazed Pork Chops
  1. Glaze: In a small mixing bowl stir together jam, mustard, and ginger or cinnamon.
  2. Trim fat from meat. Season meat slightly with salt and pepper as desired.
  3. Place chops on grill.
  4. Cover and grill for 35 to 40 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once and brushing frequently with the glaze the last 10 minutes of grilling.
