- Betty Crocker Gingerbread Cake Mix
- 1 pkg (2.9 oz) Jello lemon Pudding/Pie Filling
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2-3 cups water
- 1 egg, well beaten
- Make the Betty Crocker Gingerbread cake in a square baking pan according to directions.
- Take from oven.
- Now make this hot lemon sauce to put on top of each piece.
- Combine Pudding/Pie Filling, sugar, water and egg in a pot.
- Cook and stir constantly over medium heat until full boil and mixture thickens.
Spoon over pieces of hot gingerbread cake.
