• Betty Crocker Gingerbread Cake Mix
• 1 pkg (2.9 oz) Jello lemon Pudding/Pie Filling
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2-3 cups water
• 1 egg, well beaten

1. Make the Betty Crocker Gingerbread cake in a square baking pan according to directions.
2. Take from oven.
3. Now make this hot lemon sauce to put on top of each piece.
4. Combine Pudding/Pie Filling, sugar, water and egg in a pot.
5. Cook and stir constantly over medium heat until full boil and mixture thickens.

Spoon over pieces of hot gingerbread cake.
