- 1 package butterscotch pudding
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp soda
- 1 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Cream pudding mix with sugar and butter; add egg and blend well.
- Mix flour, soda, spices; blend thoroughly with pudding mixture; chill until firm.
- Roll on floured board and cut as desired.
- Bake on a greased sheet at 350° for 12 minutes.
- Decorate as desired.
