- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or good margarine
- Chopped nuts
- Cocolate Chips
- In a saucepan, add butter and brown sugar and cook slowly, stirring continuously, for 7 minutes.
- Butter a baking pan and sprinkle in the chopped nuts. Pour brown sugar mixture over nuts.
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips and spread them over the toffee as the chips melt.
- Cool and break into pieces.
