- Boneless chicken breasts
- Cream Cheese with chive and onion
- Uncooked bacon
- Flatten the chicken breasts and spread with 1 to 2 teaspoons cream cheese.
- Roll up the chicken and wrap with one strip of bacon around. Secure with a toothpick.
- Bake at 350° until chicken is no longer pink and bacon is cooked. Do not overcook.
Serve with rice and salad. Very easy and very tasty.
