- 1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies-type cereal
- 2 Tbsp flour
- dash of salt & pepper
- 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter or margarine, melted
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (or use strips)
- In shallow bowl, combine cereal, flour, and seasonings.
- Put melted butter in another bowl.
- Dip chicken in butter, then into cereal mixture.
- Place in greased baking pan. Drizzle with rest of butter.
- Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 25 minutes.
