- 3/4 cup shredded American cheese
- 1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, cut up
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 4 eggs
- 2 English muffins or bagels, split and toasted
- In a medium skillet combine the cheeses, milk and pepper. Cook and stir over medium heat, until the cheeses melt. Remove from heat.
- Break the eggs gently into the cheese mixture. Cover and cook over med-low heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until the whites are set and the yolks still runny.
- Top each muffin with a cooked egg. Stir the cheese mix with whisk and spoon over the eggs.
