Cream Cheese Log
  1. Slice a 'lid' off the top of the bread. Hollow out the lower section, reserving removed bread in a sealed plastic bag for later serving.
  2. Mix all other ingredients together and place into the bread. Replace lid.
  3. Wrap loaf with aluminum foil and bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Carefully unwrap foil, remove lid and stir the cheese mixture. Rewrap and continue baking for another 30 minutes.
  4. Use reserved bread and other assorted crackers for dipping.
