Cranberry Bread
  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, blend eggs, milk, butter and orange zest until frothy and golden yellow.
  3. Pour this mixture into the flour mixture and stir gently. Batter may be a bit lumpy. Gently add cranberries and walnuts.
  4. Bake in two 9-inch loaf or decorative style pans at 350° for about 55 minutes. Cool in pan.
