Cranberry-Orange Bread
  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, salt, nuts, and shortening or oil.
  2. Add rind and juice and water.
  3. Add egg and cranberries.
  4. Put into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake 1 hour at 350°.

NOTE: For mini-loaves, bake 35-40 minutes. Check.
