- 12 oz Cream Cheese
- 10 oz (3 cups) Crab Meat or Shrimp
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup Yellow Onion diced
- 1/4 cup Tomato, fresh (seeded and diced)
- 3\4 cup Lobster base
- dash White pepper
- 2 Green Onion steams
- Place cream cheese in a crock-pot with heavy cream until melted.
- Add crab or shrimp and mix slowly.
- Add tomato, then add onion, lobster base and white pepper.
- Let stand together in heat for 15 minutes before serving.
- Slice up a cup of the green onion and place on top as a garnish.
Yields: 7 cups
