Crab Puffs
  1. Beat egg whites in large bowl until foamy. Add cream of tartar and continue beating until very stiff.
  2. Combine mayo, crabmeat, chives and pepper in another bowl. Fold into egg whites.
  3. Preheat broiler.
  4. Arrange toast triangles on large baking sheet. Top each piece with crab mixture. Sprinkle with paprika.
  5. Broil 4-5 inches from heat until puffed and golden brown, about 3-4 min.
  6. Serve immediately.
