Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms
  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Dip cleaned mushroom caps into melted butter, place in a greased baking dish.
  3. In large bowl combine crabmeat, eggs, mayonnaise, lemon juice and breadcrumbs. Mix well.
  4. Spoon into mushroom caps and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
