- 20 large mushroom caps, cleaned
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups flaked crabmeat
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup soft breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp diced green onions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Dip cleaned mushroom caps into melted butter, place in a greased baking dish.
- In large bowl combine crabmeat, eggs, mayonnaise, lemon juice and breadcrumbs. Mix well.
- Spoon into mushroom caps and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
