- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 stick (1/4 cup) butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup milk or cream
- Beat eggs well and add seasonings, flour, and sugar. Beat until light and foamy
- Add milk, butter, and corn.
- Pour into sprayed baking dish and bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
