- 1 can cream-style corn
- 2 1/2 cups biscuit mix
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp cornmeal
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- Mix dry ingredients together and add to melted butter and corn.
- Beat well and drop by spoonful into deep, hot grease.
- When brown, serve with syrup and butter.
