- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla or almond extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Fresh fruit: apples, bananas, pineapple, peaches, strawberries, grapes (your choice)
- Shredded coconut
- Combine yogurt, honey, vanilla (or almond) extract, cinnamon and nutmeg in a small bowl. Chill in freezer while mixing rest.
- Arrange fruit in individual serving dishes. Spoon some of the chilled sauce over top. Garnish with coconut.
