- 1 pkg refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup hot cayenne pepper sauce *(this is not Tobasco sauce, bigger bottle)
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken (about 1/2 lb)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup (4 oz) crumbled blue cheese
- Preheat oven to 450°. Unroll pizza dough, and spread in pan. Brush with olive oil.
- In medium bowl, combine the butter and hot pepper sauce, mix well.
- Add the chicken and celery and toss to coat well.
- Spread evenly over prepared crust and sprinkle with blue cheese.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes until crust is done.
