- 2 cups chicken, cut into chunks
- 2 boiled eggs, cut into chunks
- 2 green onions, sliced diagonally
- 1 rib celery, sliced diagonally
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup white seedless grapes
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup orange yogurt
- Mix together and serve on leafy lettuce.
- Can omit eggs in salad and place quartered boiled eggs around on plate, along with mandarin orange slices. Makes a pretty presentation.
