- 2 cups finely cut chicken
- 2 boiled eggs, finely cut
- 2 green onions, finely cut
- 1 rib celery, finely cut
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, crushed
- salt, cayenne to taste
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise - or enough to make spreadable.
I like to make my sandwiches on wheat bread.
