- Chicken breasts (or other prefered pieces)
- Fresh or frozen mixed vegetables
- Low-salt soy sauce
- Reynolds foil pockets (or heavy aluminum foil)
- Start out with chicken breast in the center of the foil, then add the veggies you like. (I use everything fresh, pearl onions, potatoes, carrots, broccolli, garlic, mushrooms, asparagus, zuccinni, dill on top and assorted seasonings on top of that, low salt soy sauce and never any salt.)
- Bake for 40 minutes at 350° and dinner is done.
Reynolds makes the foil pockets. You can also use heavy foil and wrap in that.
