- 4 chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Wash chicken pieces and dry on paper towels.
- Put tomato sauce and spices in baking dish; mix till blended.
- Roll chicken in tomato sauce mixture, leaving chicken skin side down.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°. Turn chicken over and bake for another 30 minutes or until sauce is absorbed by chicken.
