Cherry-Pecan Bread
  1. Mix flour with soda and salt.
  2. Cream sugar, butter, eggs and vailla. Add flour mixture to this.
  3. Add buttermilk, pecans and cherries. Mix till smooth.
  4. Pour into loaf pan and bake in preheated 350° oven for 55-60 min.

NOTE: If making mini-loaves, bake 25 min.
NOTE 2: I sometimes use half red and half green cherries.
