- 1/2 cup cooked catfish (preferably MS pond-raised)
- 1 pkg (8 oz) softened cream cheese
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) softened butter
- 1 small clove garlic, mashed
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp white wine
- dash of cayenne pepper
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and mix till smooth.
- Chill for several hours.
