Butterscotch Slices Refrigerator Cookies
  1. Mix sugar, margarine, eggs and vanilla. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  2. Divide into 3 equal sections.
  3. Shape each section into rolls, about 1 1/2" in diameter. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate at least 4 hours but no longer than 6 weeks.

  4. Heat oven to 400°.
  5. Cut rolls into 1/8" slices. Place about 1" apart on ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake 8-10 minutes.
  7. Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
