- 1 1/2 c creamy peanut butter
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) margarine
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup vanilla wafers (crushed)
- Chocolate Coating:
- 1 (6 oz) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 square paraffin
- Cream margarine, peanut butter and vanilla; blend in sugar and vanilla wafer crumbs and mix well. Form into 1" balls.
- Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in a double boiler.
- Use a toothpick to dip the balls into the chocolate caoting, leaving top of buckeye uncoated. Place on wax paper to set.
