- 1 French bagette, sliced about 1/2" thick (about 10 little slices)
- 1 Roma tomato, skinned and diced
- dash of garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp bottled Italian dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix the tomato with the other ingredients and let sit.
- 'Toast' bread in oven (toaster oven?) at 300° until crisp and very lightly toasted.
- Put a teaspoon of mixture on each piece of bread and keep warm to serve. Oils soak into bread just a bit, soooo good.
