- 1 pkg (6 oz) chicken & wild rice mix
- 5 cups water
- 1 pkg chopped frozen broccoli
- 1 med carrot shredded
- 1 tsp dried minced onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, cubed
- Combine rice mix and water and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
- Stir in broccoli, carrot and onion and cover and simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in soup and cream cheese and cook until cheese is melted.
