- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 bunch broccoli flowerettes (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 cup red grapes, cut in halves
- 1 cup pecan pieces, toasted
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped fine
- 10 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
- Clean broccoli and place flowerettes in ice water, then dry.
- Combine brown sugar, mayonnaise, and vinegar together for dressing.
- Combine broccoli, grapes, and onions and mix well with the dressing.
- Just before serving, add the bacon and pecans; blend lightly. (Do not add the pecans and bacon too early as they will become soggy.)
