Berry-Glazed Loaves
  1. In bowl beat together egg and milk; stir in oats, onion, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add meat; mix well.
  3. Shape into five 4x2" loaves. Place in 13x9x2 baking pan so loaves do not touch each other.
  4. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes; drain off excess fat.
  5. Combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar, and lemon juice; spoon over loaves.
  6. Bake 15 minutes more.

Makes 5 servings.
