- 4-6 thin cut pork chops, de-boned
- Beans with pork as needed
- Salt and pepper
- Catsup
- Mustard
- Using a meat tenderizer hammer, pound the chops thin. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Brown quickly and place on top of a baking dish filled with pork and beans.
- Top each chop with a dollop of catsup and a tad of mustard. Cover with tin foil.
- Bake at 325° for about 45 minutes or until everything is hot.
