Pork Chops and Beans with Pork
  1. Using a meat tenderizer hammer, pound the chops thin. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Brown quickly and place on top of a baking dish filled with pork and beans.
  3. Top each chop with a dollop of catsup and a tad of mustard. Cover with tin foil.
  4. Bake at 325° for about 45 minutes or until everything is hot.
