- 3-4 lb shrimp, peeled
- 2 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- juice of 2-3 lemons
- 1/4 lb melted butter
- Combine all of the above except shrimp.
- Place shrimp in baking dish and pour ingredients over shrimp.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
- Serve with french bread for sauce dipping.
