Banana-Nut Bread
  1. Cream sugar and butter; add eggs, bananas, flour, salt, and baking soda. Add nuts last.
  2. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350°. Test center for doneness.
  3. Cool before slicing.

Freezes well.
NOTE: If making mini-loaves, bake 45 minutes.
