Pork Chops with Apricot Glaze
  1. Season pork chops with salt & pepper.
  2. Brown in small amount of butter or oil, preferably in iron skillet.
  3. Place apricot halves on top of chops.
  4. Mix juice with cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar. Pour over all in skillet and cover tightly with foil.
  5. Bake at 400° for 35-40 minutes.
