- 6 pork chops
- 1 can apricot halves wiht juice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- Salt and pepper
- Season pork chops with salt & pepper.
- Brown in small amount of butter or oil, preferably in iron skillet.
- Place apricot halves on top of chops.
- Mix juice with cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar. Pour over all in skillet and cover tightly with foil.
- Bake at 400° for 35-40 minutes.
