- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple or apple butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup nuts
- Mix cream cheese, pineapple (or apple butter), brown sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Chop nuts and add to the cream cheese mixture.
- Chill, peel and core several apples or core and slice.
- Dip apples into dip mixture.
Yields 2 cups of dip
