- 2 cups ground beef
- 2 cups sliced, raw potatoes
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup diced green and red peppers
- several pepper rings
- 2 cups canned tomatoes
- Brown the ground beef and drain well.
- Place potato slices in the bottom of a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Add layers of celery, hamburg and peppers, seasoning each layer.
- Pour tomatoes over top and garnish with pepper rings.
- Bake at 350° for 2 hours.
